Mum 'dies from coronavirus' aged 36 after being told she was 'not a priority'

A mum has died of suspected coronavirus after paramedics told her she was "not a priority." Kayla Williams, 36, died in her flat after being visited by the NHS workers at home, a day after her husband called 999.

Her husband, Fabian Williams told emergency services that the mum-of-three was suffering from a cough, fever and severe chest pains.

The Guardian reports seeing documents that confirm Kayla was suspected of a coronavirus infection when paramedics came to her property in Peckham, South London.

Mr Williams, 49, said: “I called 999 because my wife was breathless, she was vomiting and she had pains in her stomach. "As I was talking to them she was getting worse and they told me to put her on the floor and to make her body flat." He
