Primary school SATs tests are something endured by most youngsters, with schools and teachers just pleased to get them done and dusted.
So imagine kids being told they needed to resit because theirs had got lost in the post. That's exactly what happened to Year 6 pupils at Sacred Heart RC Primary School in Westhoughton, Bolton, earlier this week.
The three classes made up of around 60 children were told they would need to resit their spelling test, because theirs had gone amiss.
