Filming on the new Mission Impossible film has reportedly ground to a halt due to a Covid outbreak – six months after film series star Tom Cruise blasted crew for not taking health and safety seriously enough.

The 58-year-old actor made headlines in December when audio of him screaming at crew members on the set of the action film accusing them of failing to adhere to social distance rules.

Mission Impossible 7 and 8 are being filmed back to back but have been hit with major delays and problems due to the ongoing global pandemic as the movies attempt to film scenes around the world.
