Daily Star's biggest headlines straight to your inbox!Two conjoined twins, who were separated during a risky surgery at just three-months-old, have said that their bodies are comfortable when they sleep in the 'same position as when they were conjoined'.20-year-old Eman and Sanchia Mowatt were born joined at the base of their spines, four months prematurely on September 13 2001.Weighing a combined 10lb they underwent a 16-hour surgery at Birmingham Children's Hospital to be separated, something that had only ever been attempted twice worldwide.They only had a five to 25% chance of surviving the operation.
