The Saudi Arabian owner of Spanish club Almeria smashed his TV during a charity FIFA match which Lionel Messi, Paul Pogba and a host of sport stars were supporting.
Turki bin Al Shaij, 38, agreed to lock horns with fellow Saudi figure Saud Al-Suwailem, formerly the president of Al-Nasr Sports Club in Dubai, in a game of FIFA to raise money for charity.
Messi and Pogba were among a number of athletes to show their support for Al Shaij beforehand, with the Barcelona superstar wishing him luck in a video message. “Turki, best of luck for the match, let’s go!” Messi said.
Pogba also sent a short clip supporting his opponent, saying: “Hey Saud, it's Paul. Hope you're ready for the game and I'll see you soon.
