Arsenal are in lockdown after news that boss Mikel Arteta was diagnosed with coronavirus late on Thursday night. The Gunners have closed their London Colney and Hale End training centres and club staff who had recent contact with Arteta will now self-isolate.
The entire first-team squad and coaching staff will now do so for 14 days from the moment they last had close contact with the Spaniard.
Other personnel who have spent time around the head coach will be required to follow suit and the number who have to self-isolate may reportedly reach as high as 100.
