Mike Tyson was not short of famous visitors after being sentenced to six years in prison during the middle of his boxing career - and his fellow inmates were delighted to see iconic rapper Tupac Shakur.
Iron Mike was sentenced to six years after being convicted of a rape charge back in 1992, but the serious nature of the crime did not stop his celebrity acquaintances in dropping in for a quick visit at the formerly named Indiana Youth Center.
Appearing on REVOLT's 'Drink Champs', Tyson spoke about his visit from the late rapper, who was killed in 1996, during his incarceration that lasted from 1992 until 1995.
He said: "They respected (Tupac Shakur), soon as he came in the room, they started applauding."Tyson details a host of famous faces that came to see him during his prison stint, including legendary singers James Brown and Whitney Houston.He added: "When I was locked up, I had such an onslaught of visitors.
