Deontay Wilder was right to trigger an immediate rematch with Tyson Fury despite the brutal defeat he suffered last month, according to Mike Tyson.
Wilder was battered by the Gypsy King in their much-anticipated Las Vegas rematch, losing his WBC heavyweight title after trainer Mark Breland threw in the towel after seven rounds.
The Bronze Bomber disputed Breland's decision, nevertheless, and quickly exercised the immediate rematch clause in his contract with Fury.
Many have questioned whether triggering a third fight, expected to go ahead on July 18, so soon after being dismantled by the Brit is a wise decision on Wilder's part.
