Mick Jagger Makes Surprise Appearance at Oscars 2025 After Walking Carpet with Girlfriend Melanie Hamrick at Vanity Fair Party

The 81-year-old lead singer of The Rolling Stones appeared on stage during the show to present the award for Best Original Song on Sunday (March 2) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. Mick skipped the red carpet at the Oscars and was first seen tonight at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party held at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills.
At the Vanity Fair Party, Mick walked the carpet with his longtime girlfriend Melanie Hamrick, who he has been in a relationship with since 2014.
After making the appearance, he took the 20-minute drive between the venues to present at the Oscars. The Best Original Song award went to “El Mal” from the movie Emilia Perez.
