Mikey won for her performance in the movie Anora, defeating The Substance‘s Demi Moore, Wicked‘s Cynthia Erivo, Emilia Perez‘s Karla Sofia Gascon, and I’m Still Here‘s Fernanda Torres.
Heading into the show, most experts were predicting Demi to win, so many, including Mikey herself, were shocked to see her win.
