But despite the programme's cancellation, Michelle refused to rule out returning again in the future. Speaking on the upcoming Christmas Eve episode of The Jonathan Ross Show, Michelle said Our Girl's writers have "left the door open" for her character Georgie Lane to be back on our screens one day.
