Michael Mosley: Mayor gives major update about what happened to TV doctor after body discovered
ok.co.ukThe mayor of Symi has issued a major update and a theory after a body has been found, in the search for TV doctor and columnist Michael Mosley.The This Morning star went missing in the Greek island of Symi, on Wednesday, June 5, after setting off for a hike.
It is now reported that a body and an umbrella were discovered in a rocky area beside Agia Marina on Symi on Sunday 9 June after an extensive search operation led by emergency workers.
British journalists and a hospitality worker were the first to see the body found during the search for the 67-year-old.The body found has not yet been formally identified.
It was discovered beneath a fence that runs around the bar on Agia Marina beach on the Greek island. The bar is around 90 metres inland from the coastline and is surrounded by hilly and rocky terrain that runs down to the sea.
