TV star and doctor Michael Mosley tragically passed away last week after it was reported he went missing on the Greek island of Symi.
Michael's death was confirmed on 9 June by his wife, Dr Clare Bailey Mosley, and now the BBC have released his heartbreaking last interview in a special tribute.
Titled 'There's Only One Michael Mosley' on BBC Sounds showcases his last interview alongside psychologist Paul Bloom.The episode was recorded in the BBC tent at the Hay Festival on May 25 and viewers can hear Michael at his best - full of warmth, insight and enjoying his time with the audience and sharing some of his reflections on his life, career and the importance of family.
Before the episode begins, medical doctor and presenter Chris Van Tulleken gave an introduction: "What you're about to hear is recorded a few minutes before I met up with Michael at the Hay Festival but what I didn't know was that it would be the last time I ever saw him." He continued: "Two weeks later he died on holiday in Greece.
