Met Office has issued a thunderstorm warning as England and Wales brace for severe weather following high temperatures.Brits have been enjoying baking hot weather in recent days, with Sunday (June 13) even being hotter than Spanish party island Ibiza.And temperatures could even hit 30C on Monday (June 14) in parts of the south and south-east.But, from Wednesday (June 16) onwards, most of the country will face heavy rain apart from the north and south-west.The Met Office warned there is a possibility that some communities could be cut off by flooded roads and homes and businesses could be flooded quickly as a result of the heavy rainfall.Other risks include power cuts, hazardous driving conditions and damage caused by lightning strikes, hail.
