Met Office maps snow when and where snow will fall in UK on Monday

Snow is set to fall across parts of the UK tomorrow as a cold snap continues. A yellow cold weather health alert is in force across parts of England until 9am on February 11, with temperatures not forecast to rise above 5C in Manchester on Monday.

And, on Monday, the Met Office is currently forecasting snow to fall across parts of England. The first sprinkling will happen in the early hours, with sections of the Peak District close to Glossop seeing light snowfall from 5.15am.

Further north, flurries of snow are also forecast in the Yorkshire Dales, just east of Kendal, and into the Northern Pennines.

As the morning progresses, heavier bouts of snow are expected in the Dales and the Peak District, with the snowfall then set to hit parts of Greater Manchester at around 8am, according to the Met Office forecast.
