Mesut Ozil has offered Arsenal a new financial plan that would pave the way to a January transfer. The German has reportedly agreed a three-year deal with Turkish side Fenerbahce, having been exiled from the Premier League and Europa League squads this season.
With the midfielder in the last six months of his contract, he has been free to talk to other clubs. While the north London side are in talks with the 32-year-old over his exit, there are still 25 weeks of his £350,000-a-week wages to be paid which totals £8.75million.
