The German is closing in on a move to Fenerbahce after more than seven years at the Emirates. Ozil and the Gunners are supposedly close to terminating his deal which would free the 32-year-old to sign for the Turkish side.
The playmaker has not been part of Mikel Arteta's plans for some time and was omitted from their Premier League and Champions League squads.
