Meghan Markle 'snubbed' by Disney as her agent warns she 'can't carry film as star'

A top Disney executive has snubbed “controversial” Meghan Markle – as her agent admitted, “she can’t carry a film as an actress”.

The unnamed film boss said the company had limited plans for the Duchess of Sussex – after she is said to have ordered her agent to find her a superhero role with Disney-owned Marvel.

Discussions over Meghan’s work with Disney are still ongoing – but the executive warned: “Meghan needs Disney more than Disney needs Meghan”.
