Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have taken another step away from their old lives in Britain as they wind up their UK charity.
The couple are winding up the charity formerly known as Sussex Royal barely a year after launching the project. The pair have launched proceedings to voluntarily liquidate the UK-based Sussex Royal which they renamed MWX Trading last year.
The application to liquidate the charity was made on Tuesday, May 18, according to filings on Companies House. Meghan and Harry's move does not mean the pair are strapped for cash, but are merely shutting down the charity.
The details of the liquidation have to be published as the procedure takes around 10 days to process. The Sussexes have poured their efforts into their Archewell
