A man who has been stockpiling loo roll and cleaning products for the last two years has said the "fear" of a public health crisis like coronavirus is why he does it.

25-year-old Andy Golden, from Hyde in Tameside, says he is 'always preparing for the worst' and has been known to buy 200 rolls of toilet paper and 20 cans of deodorant in one go.

The DJ and bar owner also stocks toothpaste, cotton wool, hand sanitiser, anti-bacterial wipes, mouthwash, laundry detergent and prosecco in his garage, which he says is 'like a warehouse'.
