Earlier this week McDonald's launched their Christmas menu, which includes a Celebrations McFlurry and a Jamaican jerk chicken sandwich.
However the item that's really captured people's attention is the double Big Mac, made up of four patties, a slice of cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles and Big Mac sauce in a bun.
It's the biggest burger McDonald's has ever sold and it's the first time it's ever been available in the UK. Many fans of the fast food chain were excited to try the new burger and raced down to their nearest branch to taste it.
However not everyone was impressed by the offering, with some taking to social media to criticise it. Responding to a photo shared by the company on Twitter people branded the burger "embarrassing".
