MASTERCHEF'S viewers were left horrified after a chef served raw pork on the show - and the judges refused to eat it. The BBC cooking show sees amateur chefs go head-to-head in the hopes of impressing the notoriously tough judges Gregg Wallace and John Torode.
The disappointing meal was prepared by contestant Ally as he battled for a place in the BBC show's quarter-final. On Wednesday's instalment, Ally choice of meat was pan roasted pork tenderloin with a cinnamon crust, butternut squash fondant, sweet potato puree, cavolo nero and mango salsa.
Gregg praised him or the flavour of cinnamon around the outside of the pork - but then pointed out that the 28-year-old solicitor had made a huge cooking blunder by serving him raw pork.
Gregg went onto slam the contestant saying he would “send it back” if the dish had been served to him in a restaurant. .css-16e4f55{margin:16px 0;}.css-1czxmma{background-color:rgba(252,239,255,1);margin:16px 0;}.css-1tapza8{padding:20px 15px;}.css-1bk4jdt{padding:20px.
