Arsenal transfer target Martin Odegaard’s Gunners debut would likely be delayed if a Real Madrid exit happens. The Gunners have been chasing a loan deal for the 22-year-old to fill the gap left by Mesut Ozil’s departure from the midfield.
Having enjoyed a successful loan spell with Real Sociedad last season, he has been limited to just nine games under Zinedine Zidane this year.With the Norway international looking to get first-team football, it has seen the north London side become a viable option for the Bernabeu side to offload the youngster.
If a move was to take place, though, ABC in Spain have reported that Mikel Arteta would face a wait before Odegaard could be let loose.
