All eyes were on Martin Odegaard as he trained alongside his new Arsenal team-mates at London Colney on Wednesday. And the Norwegian forward, who has joined the Gunners on loan from Real Madrid until the end of the season, impressed even before the session got underway.
Odegaard was filmed juggling the ball as he made his way onto the pitches in Hertfordshire, before booting it into the air and studying its flight.
The striker then stuck out a foot and effortlessly brought the ball under control, catching the eye of Gunners left-back Kieran Tierney.
Reacting to the moment of brilliance, Tierney could be heard saying: "Ooohhhh what a first touch that is!" while clapping and laughing.
