Mark Wahlberg’s history of hate crimes resurface after George Floyd tribute

Ted actor took to social media to share a tribute to Floyd, who died in Minneapolis on May 25 when white police officer Derek Chauvin knelt on his neck.Chauvin has since been sacked and charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter.

Three of his colleagues, Thomas Lane, Tou Thao and J Alexander Keung, are now all facing charges of aiding and abetting second-degree murder, and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter.Sharing an image of Floyd, Wahlberg wrote: “The murder of George Floyd is heartbreaking.

We must all work together to fix this problem. I’m praying for all of us. God bless. #blacklivesmatter”.However, many have brought up the actor’s own history of hate crimes, notably a series of incidents in the 1980s.
