Mark Wahlberg has made the decision to furlough staff working at his Covent Garden restaurant in London during the coronavirus pandemic.

The Hollywood actor, 48, opened Wahlburgers, a joint venture with his older brothers Paul and Donnie, last year. The government-funded scheme will see staff paid up to 80% of their usual wage while on temporary leave and was a move made by the fast-food restaurant in order to keep the business going and prevent ‘permanent closure’.
