He was 63.O’Brien died Nov. 9 at his home in Newport Beach, Calif., after battling health problems.For the past 15 years, O’Brien headed Mighty Oak Entertainment, a production and distribution company that produced comedy and sports clip shows under the “Whacked Out” banner.
O’Brien was proud of keeping the company debt free and owning all of its shows outright including the music publishing rights.From 1985 through the mid-2000s, O’Brien rose through the ranks in syndication sales.
