Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Louis Saha has backed Manchester United to cement a top-four place this season - especially if they get Marcus Rashford firing once again.
After undergoing shoulder surgery last summer, the England striker initially found form upon his return with three goals from four early-season outings.
However, he then went 11 games without a goal before netting against Brentford on Wednesday night. Anthony Elanga and Mason Greenwood set the tone for United at the Community Stadium - before Rashford hit late on in west London to secure three points.
It was a result which helped United keep pace in the quest to qualify for the Champions League. Arsenal and Tottenham also have to be factored in there, while Chelsea continue to be pegged back and it's next opponents West Ham who currently occupy fourth position.
