Manchester United fans confused after Raphael Varane transfer 'confirmed' by phoney Lee Grant account

Attempting to trick other users into believing they were looking at United's official account on Twitter, the verified account - with the username @lee_grant13 - went to the effort of mocking up a graphic with Varane donning United's new adidas home kit.
The amateur-looking graphic contained a misspelling of Varane's first name, referring to him as 'Rapheal', rather than 'Raphael'.
The account has since gone private but beforehand its display name had changed to 'Manchester United' with an image of the club
