Bennie was jailed for more than seven years after pleading guilty to causing death by dangerous driving when trying to evade the police.
With Bennie set for release, after having served half his sentence, Martin Colquhoun has told how he wants Bennie to say sorry for killing his mum on what should have been the happiest day of his life, the Daily Record reports.
