Manchester United prospect Anthony Elanga was subjected to alleged racist abuse by an opponent while playing for his country's under-21s against Italy.Elanga was in action for Sweden under-21s on Tuesday night as they held their Italian counterparts to a 1-1 draw in Monza.The draw meant Sweden stayed top of their Euro U21 qualifying group - but afterwards Elanga said he had received abuse during the match from one of Italy's players.The Swedish FA said it had submitted a report to the referees and match delegates and was awaiting feedback.
The governing body gave its backing to the 19-year-old winger, and also reported the alleged incident to police, according to Swedish outlet SVT Sport.
