Man Utd's £80m Jadon Sancho transfer imminent after Ed Woodward improved Dortmund relations
dailystar.co.ukManchester United are closing in on an £80m deal for England star Jadon Sancho.United have agreed a deal in principle with Borussia Dortmund to sign Sancho for £75m - plus an extra £5m in add ons.Sancho, who is with the England squad preparing for next week's Euros showdown with Germany at Wembley, has told Dortmund he wants to join United.United tried to sign the winger last summer but failed to reach an agreement with the Bundesliga outfit, who demanded £110m for the 21-year-old.But relations between United executive vice chairman Ed Woodward and his Dortmund counterpart Hans Joachim-Watzke have improved since then.It is understood talks have been cordial and United are increasingly confident of landing Sancho when England's participation.
