Manchester United had to play the first 26 seconds of the second half against Southampton with ten men, as substitute Edinson Cavani was not ready.United were 2-0 down at the break at St Mary’s with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer making a pair of changes.Goalkeeper David de Gea was replaced by Dean Henderson while summer signing Cavani came on for Mason Greenwood.Despite having the half-time break to prepare, Cavani was not ready for the second half to begin.And it meant United had to play the first 26 seconds after the break with ten men with Cavani still doing up his laces on the sideline.It was a change worth making for Solskjaer though as Cavani netted United’s second as they pulled it back in the second half.Though Red Devils fans weren’t.
