Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Manchester United and Manchester City cancelled eachother out in a bore draw at Old Trafford on Saturday. United were awarded a penalty in the 48th minute when Kyle Walker kicked Marcus Rashford's foot in the box but the decision was over-ruled after VAR found the United striker had been in an offside position.
City had created little up to that point - a Riyad Mahrez shot was saved by David De Gea in the 35th minute with Kevin De Bruyne unable to capitalise on the loose ball.
United's best chance came in the 54th minute when Paul Pobga put Rashford in on the left but the striker slipped as he shot harmlessly wide.
Here's how they rated: MAN UTD De Gea 6 Hardly overworked but made a decent save with his feet to keep out Mahrez Wan-Bissaka 8
