A man was left in shock after an 'honest' pair of teenagers knocked on his door. Paul Lyon, from St Helens, had taken a trip to his local shop on Knowsley Road on Sunday morning when he decided to withdraw some cash.
Returning home with his shopping, he'd been back just 30 seconds when there was an unexpected knock on his front door. Paul was surprised to find a young couple who asked if he'd dropped any money - as they'd just found £180.
Paul told the Liverpool ECHO: "I'd gone the shop to get some stuff to make breakfast and decided to get some money out.
