The Sheriff's Office allege Mitchell drove from Seattle with five bodies in a journey that would have taken him around 22 hours.The Office added that Mitchell drove through the Prescott area and then continued on to Scottsdale where he was stopped by police.The incident started with the discovery of 19 human limbs on December 26, in a remote forest area northwest of Prescott where deputies searched the next day and recovered five more limbs there.A hunter reported finding two human heads in another area of the forest where deputies later found another three.Investigators determined based on materials found at both sites, including gauzes called "puppy pads," that the two sets of remains were linked and likely connected to.
