Man dies in horror car crash on A9 in Stirling

Andrew Black, from Tullibody, Clackmannanshire, who was the driver and only occupant, was raced to Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

But the 57-year-old was pronounced dead a short time later.Cops are now probing the incident and have appealed for any dash-camera footage from drivers at the time or for witnesses to come forward.A police statement reads: "Police Scotland can confirm that a man has died following a road crash in Stirling."Around 10pm on Monday, police received a report of a road crash involving a single car on the A9 Bannockburn Road at its junction with Braehead Road in Stirling."A 57.
