Manchester City are planning a swap deal that would see Raheem Sterling join Barcelona with Frenkie de Jong coming the other way, according to reports.
Despite returning to his best for England during Euro 2020, Sterling has once again struggled for form and minutes this season as he remains out of favour under Pep Guardiola.
