Manchester City will 'soon' learn if their challenge against the Premier League has been successful regarding their legal action heard over the summer.
City are facing a separate hearing by an independent panel regarding the Premier League's 115 charges for alleged breaches of financial rules - with the club insistent on their innocence.
Their legal challenge this summer concerned the league's Associated Party Transaction (APT) rules, although those specific rules were published unchanged for the 2024/25 season recently.
Now, Brighton chairman Tony Bloom has offered a small update on the matter, declaring it 'unhelpful' if City were to win and damaging to the Premier League's reputation that the arbitration was brought in the first place.
