Manchester City have reportedly secured a 'potentially significant win' in one of its legal battles with the Premier League - and Dave Powell has explained exactly what that means.
In February 2023, the English top-flight charged its champions with 130 alleged breaches of financial regulations - aka Financial Fair Play (FFP).
These include accusations that City failed to provide accurate financial information and failed to cooperate with investigations spanning nine years between 2009 and 2018.
City strongly deny any wrongdoing, while that case is currently being heard - in private - at the the International Dispute Resolution Centre in London.
