Man charged with attempted murder and firearm recovered after Oldham shooting

A man has been charged with attempted murder following a shooting in Oldham. Police swarmed the area around Shaw Road in Oldham on Thursday January 16, with a number of cordons being put in place.

Now Ethan Glasgow-Lattibeaudiere, 23, has been charged with two counts of attempted murder, a section 18 assault, and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, Greater Manchester Police have confirmed.

Glasgow-Lattibeaudiere, of no fixed address, has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Salford Magistrate's Court on January 22.

Three juveniles as well as an 18-year-old man, a 19-year-old man, a man in his 20s, and a man in his 40s were all on suspicion of attempted murder.
