Alan Smith has advised Alf-Inge Haaland to 'get back in his box' following a jibe aimed at Arsenal after their recent 5-1 victory over Manchester City.

Haaland, father of City's star forward Erling, took to social media to criticise Arsenal when Myles Lewis-Skelly imitated his son's goal celebration during the match.

He sarcastically commented on an image of the young player's celebration posted on Arsenal's X account, captioned 'THIS TEAM', writing: "This team that wins everything.

Ehhhhh, not," alluding to City's consecutive Premier League title victories over Arsenal. However, Smith, an Arsenal legend, retorted by cheekily highlighting that the Norwegian didn't amass many significant honours during his own career.
