Jude Bellingham was shown a red card for dissent in Real Madrid's La Liga clash against Osasuna on Saturday - just days before the Spaniards host Manchester City in the Champions League.
England international Bellingham was sent off six minutes before half-time at the Estadio El Sadar by referee Jose Luis Munuera Montero.
The 21-year-old appeared to anger Montero with something he said as Real Madrid prepared to take a goal-kick and was quickly issued with his first red card of the campaign.
At this stage, what Bellingham said to the referee is unclear, though the Birmingham City midfielder appeared in disbelief at the sight of a red card being issued.
