The alarm was raised at around 12.40pm on Saturday, September 11, with emergency services called to the scene on Brandon Street.Eye witnesses reported seeing uniformed officers and two ambulances at the busy travel hub in the town centre.Police Scotland have now confirmed that a man has been arrested in connection.
