Darts player Luke Littler may have been a bit bleary-eyed when he appeared on Good Morning Britain the morning after making history as the world's youngest PDC World Darts Championship finalist.
And so he will very much be forgiven for suffering a bit of a blunder during his first appearance on the ITV news programme.
The new household name appeared live in the GMB studio to chat to hosts Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard just hours after the 16-year-old, from Warrington, lost his chance at a world title in a tense match against Luke Humphries on Wednesday night (January 3).
His appearance on the programme was teased all morning and as his interviewer got closer the camera cut to the darts player who was just backstage at the live ITV studio.
