Kate Garraway has told her Good Morning Britain co-star that she's in a 'strange bubble of numbness' following the death of her husband Derek Draper.
The presenter was heartbroken to share the news of Derek's death last Friday, January 5, almost four years after contracting Covid changed their lives.
Derek was a former Labour lobbyist-turned-psychotherapist. and became ill with the virus at the start of the pandemic in March 2020.
He was taken to hospital where he was put in an induced coma with Kate previously saying how Covid had "wreaked havoc" on her husband's body.
