Love Island star Laura Anderson has been enjoying some socially-distanced bank holiday fun in the sun. The 31-year-old shared a happy snap of herself as she got active with a pal in a London park on Instagram this afternoon, following Boris Johnson's easing of lockdown restrictions in England.

Laura, from Stirling, was relishing the chance to get out and about near her home and made the most of her freedom by enjoying a picnic with her friend.

The reality star made sure to point out she was staying two metres apart at all times, in adherence to the rules down south, and encouraged others to follow her lead.
