The reality TV star committed to the tough fitness regime and has her incredibly toned body to show for it. Louise took to Instagram to share a before and after shot, and even compared her muscle gain to 90s bodybuilder icon Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Louise told her 1.1 million followers that the fitness challenge has left her feeling stronger. She explained that her decision to go through with the challenge was sparked by the need to get "back into a better routine
