On her Instagram page, Lorraine shared an image of her mother Anne Kelly in a face-mask and about to receive the jab at a vaccine centre.
Lorraine captioned the image: "My mum getting the vaccine! Hurrah. "Thanks to the NHS, the army and all the volunteers making it happen. #thankful#happy ".
Naturally, the presenter received lots of positive comments and well-wishes in the replies section to the post. Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan commented: "Fabulous [applause emojis]".
