Holding up desserts with a chocolate sign inscribed with "Happy Anniversary" across the top, the pair were all smiles.The 60-year-old captioned the shot: "A lovely lunch as a present from Rosie Kelly Smith at The Ivy Marlow Garden to celebrate our anniversary.
